Holocaust Memorial Week - Evening of Jewish Music & Culture

Help us mark the 65th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau. We have an opportunity to listen to the voices from the Holocaust and Nazi persecution.

Come and help us make lessons of hope for a safer, more inclusive society, where the differences between us are respected, both for today and in the future.

Please join us for an evening of Jewish Music and culture including;

• Listen to Thea a German Jew who escaped the Nazi persecution
• Enjoy the Yiddish music of Freylach Spielers
• Eat some great Jewish food
• Meet the Mayor and her consort
• Listen to some beautiful poems from some talented Todmorden readers
• See some great displays
• Think for a minute while we light candles of hope and remember the millions killed
