Help us mark the 65th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau. We have an opportunity to listen to the voices from the Holocaust and Nazi persecution.
Come and help us make lessons of hope for a safer, more inclusive society, where the differences between us are respected, both for today and in the future.
Please join us for an evening of Jewish Music and culture including;
- Listen to Thea a German Jew who escaped the Nazi persecution
- Enjoy the Yiddish music of Freylach Spielers
- Eat some great Jewish food
- Meet the Mayor and her consort
- Listen to some beautiful poems from some talented Todmorden readers
- See some great displays
- Think for a minute while we light candles of hope and remember the millions killed
